Day 28 ✅

Tonight was more about flexibility and mobility than strength work.

I spent some time slowing down, stretching, and working through a few movements that I want to get better at instead of trying to push weight.

Two days left in this reset.

Day 25 ✅

Just checking in tonight.

No weights today — active recovery, mobility, core work, and a little time slowing everything down after yesterday’s upper-body workout.

I’m actually starting to appreciate these days more than I used to. They still count, and I usually feel better when I’m done.

Day 24 ✅

Upper body today.

Saturday was lower body, yesterday was mobility, and today we started making a few little tweaks and bumping some of the weight up.

Nothing drastic — just enough to make the sets feel challenging again.

Dear Victoria’s Secret,

I need you to bring back these ribbed modal pajamas.

Immediately.

I bought three or four pairs when they came out and have literally stitched up every single hole they’ve ever gotten because I refuse to let them die.

At this point, they are being held together by loyalty and thread.

Please stop discontinuing the good stuff.
